Matt was very respectful and professional. He was very thorough in his explanations of work being done and the work he performed. The workmanship was very clean and showed his knowledge and care. I am very satisfied with his performance and will be requesting him again for future services! If only all workers showed their pride in their work and job like he did.

Our toilet started leaking right after my spouse went out of town and I was left home alone with a newborn. I had called another company and they couldn't get out until the following week, however, Mr. Rooter got someone out within 2 hours, and it was fixed a couple hours after that! The technician, Chris, was really professional and courteous, and I feel as though the price was quite reasonable. Really happy with the service and we'll be using Mr. Rooter in the future!

These guys are great. Very responsive, professional, and quick. Another plumbing company said they'd have to tear up the whole driveway to replace a sewer line when they couldn't clear a clog. One of Mr Rooter's Associates came out and had the drain unclogged in 30 minutes. No need to tear up the whole driveway. I've used them a few times since, and they're always great. And if they don't clear the clog they don't charge you.
